Using too hot or too cold water

Nigella Seed Extract:
- Nigella Sativa, also known as Kalaunji in Hindi and Black Cumin Seeds in English, contains thymoquinone, carvacrol, t-anethole and 4-terpineol, act as a potent antioxidant.

- Glycyrrhizin is anti-inflammatory, which means less redness and irritation for inflamed, irritated skin. As an antioxidant, it protects our skin against free radicals.
- Liquiritin may help overall skin tone and clarity as it breaks up melanin.
- Ideal for those with oily or acne-prone skin, Liquorice root also produces licochalcone. This helps to regulate the production of oil.
Crocus sativus (Saffron)
- Saffron contains antioxidants that include crocin, crocetin, safranal, and kaempferol. It also contains other carotenoids, including zeaxanthin, lycopene, α- and ß-carotenes that provide protection from UV light exposure, and improve tone, brightness, photo-protection and firmness.
- Saffron is also a rich source of vital vitamins, including Vitamin-A, folic acid, riboflavin, niacin, and Vitamin-C, these vitamins are some of the most important building blocks of healthy cells.
